Day 1: ARRIVAL – BALIKPAPAN – LOAJANAN – MAHAKAM RIVER (L/D)
On arrival at Sepinggan International Airport AM. Sulaiman, meet your guide then transfer to Loajanan by car take 2 hours driving. Upon arrive, board on the house boat then cruise up Mahakam river to Muara Muntai. Enjoy the beautiful panoramic along the Mahakam river with delicous meals served on the boat, with friendly crew boat and cook. Meals & overnight on the boat.
Day 2: MUARA MUNTAI – JEMPANG LAKE – TANJUNG ISUY/MANCONG (BLD)
Arrive early morning at Muara Muntai village, after breakfast short sight seeing around the village to see the acitivity of local people and market where the main street built by the Iron woods. Then board on the motorized canoe, across the Jempang lake by passing Jantur fishermen village. If the water level permit, we’ll continue entry through Ohong river to Mancong or by car drive through Tanjung Isuy. Along the Ohong river you’ll see the wild life of Long tail maccaque, proboscis monkey, fresh water Eagle, snake, king fisher. On arrival at Mancong village a welcome ceremony will held by the chief of Dayak and following by traditional dance. Return to the boat and cruise down the Mahakam river to Tenggarong.
Day 3: TENGGARONG – MUSEUM – SAMBOJA LODGE – BALIKPAPAN (B/L)
Morning arrive in Tenggarong after breakfast, visit the Museum Mulawarman formerly the Sultan Kingdom Palace to see the Sultan collection and Rotal cemetery. Then back to the boat and cruise down the river to Loajanan. Lunch will served on the boat. On arrival at Loajanan transfer by car drive to Samboja Lestari visit and see the Orangutan which is being the rehabilitation until release to the rain forest. Late afternoon continue drive to Balikpapan for your hotel.
